Return Policy
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to these terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you received the product to return it. After this 30-day period, we will unfortunately be unable to refund or exchange your order.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and in its original packaging. Products for which hygiene is particularly important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, bras, tights, and certain body care products.
Starting the return process: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@liamharperauckland.com , indicating your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product if there are any defects, and your contact details.
Refunds
Procedure: Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund has been accepted or rejected. If the return is approved, the money will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still don't see it, contact us at info@liamharperauckland.com
Fees
Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number (Track & Trace), as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be sent to China, and shipping costs from $40 are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions
Damaged or incorrect products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will send you a new product free of charge. If the error occurs a second time, you will be refunded the full amount paid.
Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been confirmed due to our automated system.
